You mean how pain was inflicted on him or how he inflicted pain.
For the first one, a couple parts, but mostly the parts where george is mad at him, Crooks is fooling with him by saying George isn't coming back, when he kills the mice/puppies/the wife and when he thinks he's not going to get to tend the rabbits and I guess you could say when George kills him, but he doesn't know it.
He inflicted pain with that girl in Weed, the mice, the puppy and then the wife and he also made george very sad at the end.How was Lennie caused pain in Of Mice and Men???
You mean how he caused pain?
Well, he touched that girl's skirt in Weed, pet the mouse and the puppy too hard and killed them, and killed Curley's Wife.
