Use a live trap instead. Victor is one manufacturer. I've found they work, but you have to watch them closely, because the mice can still die if you don't free them fast enough.
Some people have suggested the mouse will die after being released into the wild anyway. Now you're splitting fine hairs...Whats a good way to get rid of mice without killing them?
Why wouldn't you want to kill them? They defecate in your house. They do make those electronic plug ins that are supposed to drive them out by sound, but I don't swear by those. I like the live traps as mentioned by the above guy.Whats a good way to get rid of mice without killing them?
