Exterminating mice in the garage?

So for a while we've had mice in the garage and now we are trying to get rid of them, just today we put out poison and sprayed down some food that they got into. It's been about half an hour since we've done so, how long should I expect before I start seeing less of them (predicted about 4+ of them)? And if none of these things work what else could I try?Exterminating mice in the garage?
Your first step would be to block the way their getting in. The poison your using is probably slow acting if its over the counter. It will work, but you have to block the entrances and give the poison time to work.Exterminating mice in the garage?
I found this method by accident. I leaned a rake against an almost empty 5 gallon bucket that contained bird seed. A few seeds around the bucket must have attracted mice who eventually ran up the rake and fell into the bucket.

You can release them outside, or not.

Is there anyway to get rid of mice pee out of clothes?

Any type of urine from mammals, both humans and pets, contains uric acid crystals. Whether you are cleaning up after your child, an incontinent adult or your pet, the uric acid smell can stay on clothes even after laundering. You can use ingredients you may already have in your pantry to remove these odors from clothes, bedding and other washable fabrics cost-effectively and safely.

Things You'll Need:

Enzyme-based cleaner

Washing machine

Vinegar

Laundry detergent

Dryer

Scented fabric softener sheets

Outdoor clothesline

Pre-treat the clothes by placing them on a flat surface and spraying them with an enzyme-based cleaner, saturating the area thoroughly to ensure complete coverage.

Step 2If you have a top-loading washing machine, start it as you would normally, using the cycle speed and water temperature recommended on the garment label. Add your regular laundry detergent as the washer fills with water, letting the washer fill completely before loading the stained clothes.

Step 3Add one cup of white vinegar to the load, letting the washer agitate enough to mix the vinegar throughout the clothes, then stop the machine. Allow to soak for one hour, then run the machine through the rest of the washing cycle.

Step 4If you have a front-loading washing machine, pre-soak the clothes in a utility sink or in a large bucket filled with water. Add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to the water, then add the clothes. Let them soak for one hour, then pour off the water. Load the clothes into the washer, then add one cup of vinegar and your regular laundry detergent and set the machine for a regular cycle.

Step 5Hang the clothes outside on a clothesline if you can, or dry them in the dryer with scented dryer sheets of your choice. Is there anyway to get rid of mice pee out of clothes?

No. Although sucks for both of them. For an English assignment I had to write an ending to that book.

I don't want to give anything anyway in case someone wants to read it.

I need help on the book ';Of Mice and Men';?

Can anyone help me on 3 thesis statements that are general stements anyone can agree with relating to Loyalty and friendship, loyalty and trustworthiness, loyalty and love. Also what details can I use to support these thesis statements.I need help on the book ';Of Mice and Men';?
Well, George was acting humanist, helping another human being simply because they are human, throughout the entire book. He always helped Lennie. Lennie was George's best friend and so when George shot Lennie at the end of the novel it was to help Lennie, for many reasons. So George gave up his only friend in thw orld, remember he's a traveling migrant worker, to help his friend. That was a pretty great sacrifice. You could easily have points to support friendship and loyalty, because George and lennie were friends, ';we're not like other guys'; and because George was always there for Lennie.

Describe the cahracters of the book ';Of Mice and Men';?

one is big and dumb (Steinbeck) and the other is a poodle (Charlie)Describe the cahracters of the book ';Of Mice and Men';?
i did this for GCSE last year. i think you should only do about 3 or 4 characters. or maybe the first section on George and Lennie and the second on Slim then the last on Curley's wife. Cant remember much about them except how G and L sort of rely upon each other, Lennie for comfort and to have George as a stable parental figure and G needs L as physical protection due to his size, also i think G needs L for him to show his authority and act as a father figure

Slim is kind of the authority figure as he is seen as royalty even though he's just a worker. he's seen as more superior to Curley and feels he has the power to threaten him over the crushed hand thing

Curley's wife signifies death in the story as she is like 'poison'........

dno if any of that would help or if i just talked a load of rubbish, its surprisingly hard tryin to remember even tho i spent 2 years on it!!! Anyway..... Good Luck with thatDescribe the cahracters of the book ';Of Mice and Men';?
I haven't read that book in about five years. But check out cliff notes or wikipedia.
I have read it, but I do not have any time to write down descriptions of each. sparknotes.com has a nice character list.
  • hair spray
  • Of Mice and Men?

I need some specific examples of economic injustice, dreams, and the responsibility of each character as well as society's role and other characters.

If you prefer, provide some sites that may help (besides sparknotes)Of Mice and Men?
crooks not being alowed in the bunkhouse i suppose is econmic injustice

dreams could be curleys wife wanting to be a movie star orgeorge lenny and candy wanting there own ranch with the rabbits or even crooks' dream to be alowwed in the bunkhouse to be able to play cards with the others.

george holds a high responbility caring for lenny and slim hold a responsiblilty of keeping the calm in the camp and making sure everyone is ok.Of Mice and Men?
Dreams! An ongoing dream is the one held by George and Lennie at fist, and them Candy joins. Another great topic would be Survival of the Fittest and loneliness, something to point out would be the name of the setting Soledad, which means ';loneliness'; in Spanish.
You may want to read it again!
    the american dream-lennie and george-';we gonna live of da fat of da lan.';

dreams-lennies halucinations before he is shot by george, he dreams of his aunt clara, and of a giant rabbit/signify guilt and also portray lennie as going far beyond crazy.

curly-he's the bosses son and he thinks that makes him invisible, notice how curly's wife has no name, because she is seen as a possession and not as a human being...society roles....

well the injustice thing just confuses me sorry.
lol this sounds really retarded but if u were in my class i could give you a revision book that i brought when i was studying of mice and men in yr 10

Have you even read the book? It's brimming with motifs and symbols. It is an excellent example on society's lack of sympathy on the weak....
